Overview
FoodXplore was conducted every year under the occasion of World Food Day, which was celebrated on October 16th of every year. FoodXplore'22, celebrated under the theme "Leave NO ONE behind" organized an international workshop with more than 600 participants from 12 different instituitions, which provided various insights in food industry, delivered by eminent persons from different sectors. The Workshop was inagurated by Dr. Sanu Jacob, Director (FSSAI) along with Registrar, TNAU. The Souvenir of FoodXplore'2022 was released during the inagural event.

The "Industry Institution Interaction Workshop" held during FoodXplore'22 was an enlightening and informative event that brought together top industry experts and academia to discuss and collaborate on the future of the food industry. They greatly increased the event's credibility and gave participants priceless insights into the trends and difficulties facing the food sector today.
